Role Overview:
This is a full-time on-site Barista role based in Mecca. The Barista will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of beverages to customers, ensuring excellent service and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Taking orders and recommending menu items
  • Preparing high-quality drinks
  • Managing food preparation duties
  • Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the workspace
  • Creating a welcoming experience for customers

Qualifications:
  • Barista and specialty coffee preparation skills
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and standards

  • إدارة عمليات الدفع (نقدي / شبكة) بدقة وأمانة.
  • المساهمة في ترتيب وتنظيم المخزون والإبلاغ عن النواقص.
  • التعاون مع فريق العمل لضمان سرعة وجودة الخدمة.

المؤهلات:
  • خبرة سابقة في العمل كمقدم طلبات أو باريستا.
  • مهارات تواصل عالية وقدرة على التعامل مع مختلف أنواع العملاء.
  • اللباقة وحسن المظهر والالتزام بالمهنية.
  • القدرة على العمل تحت الضغط وبروح الفريق.
  • معرفة أساسية بإعداد المشروبات (القهوة، المشروبات الباردة، وغيرها).
  • إجادة استخدام أنظمة نقاط البيع (POS) تُعد ميزة إضافية.

As a Barista at our premier location at Silver Sands Beach in Jeddah, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of hot and cold beverages while delivering exceptional guest service. Your role will involve:
  • Preparing and serving beverages such as coffee, tea, and specialty drinks according to established recipes and standards.
  • Providing attentive, friendly, and professional service to all guests.
  • Accurately taking customer orders and handling cash or point-of-sale transactions efficiently.
  • Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the coffee station and service areas.
  • Ensuring proper use and maintenance of coffee machines and related equipment.
  • Monitoring stock levels and assisting with inventory control.
  • Responding to guest inquiries and complaints in a timely manner.
Qualifications:
We prefer candidates with previous experience as a barista or in a customer-facing role. You should have:
  • Basic knowledge of coffee preparation techniques.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Good organizational and time-management skills.
  • A professional appearance and positive attitude.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
