We’re Hiring: Truck Mounted Crane (Boom Truck) Sales Manager | SANY Saudi Arabia

We are seeking a results-driven and experienced Sales Manager for our Truck Mounted Crane (Boom Truck) division to lead sales operations in the Western Region, based in Jeddah. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional with strong expertise in construction machinery sales and a passion for driving business growth in a competitive market.

Location: Jeddah, Saudi Arabia

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and drive Truck Mounted Crane (Boom Truck) sales operations across the Western Region of Saudi Arabia.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, contractors, and key accounts.
• Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets through proactive market development and client engagement.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and identify new business opportunities.
• Expand market share and strengthen SANY’s presence in the region.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order execution and high levels of customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (mandatory).
• Minimum 8 years of experience in the construction machinery industry, with a strong focus on truck-mounted cranes, boom trucks, or similar heavy equipment.
• Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong understanding of the Saudi market, particularly in the Western Region.

Skills & Competencies:

• Arabic speaker with fluent English communication skills.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking.
• Ability to work under pressure in a target-driven environment.
• Flexible and willing to accept internal transfers and frequent business travel.

About the Role:

• Managing a sales team and providing leadership, training, and coaching on sales techniques and product knowledge.
• Planning and directing sales team training on CRM.
• Developing a sales strategy to achieve organisational sales goals.
• Setting individual and monthly sales targets for the sales teams.
• Achieving monthly sales targets through personal and group accounts.
• Recruiting, developing, and training new sales agents.
• Monitoring budgets and tracking progress.
• Collecting customer feedback and conducting market research.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in sales, business administration, or related field.
• 8 years of sales experience with 3 years in managing a sales team.
• Strong knowledge of the local market.
• Excellent presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
