نحن نبحث عن موظف استقبال م dedicated ومتحمس لضمان سير العمليات بسلاسة وكفاءة في مكتب الاستقبال. ستلعب دورًا رئيسيًا في تقديم خدمة استثنائية لجميع ضيوف الفندق والزوار.

هدف الوظيفة:
تكون هذه الوظيفة مسؤولة عن تقديم خدمة مثالية، وضمان أن جميع ضيوف الفندق يشعرون بالترحيب والتقدير.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية:
  • مساعدة الضيوف في إجراءات تسجيل الوصول والمغادرة، وأداء واجبات الصرافة الأخرى.
  • التحضير لوصول الضيوف من خلال مراجعة قوائم الوصول وتحديث الأنظمة حسب الحاجة.
  • ترحيب الضيوف عند وصولهم وتوفير مفاتيح الغرف لهم وفقًا لمعايير القسم.
  • ضمان أن الضيوف المخلصين والمتكررين يتلقون اعترافًا خاصًا وفوائد.
  • التنسيق مع الأقسام الأخرى لتلبية احتياجات الضيوف بفعالية.
  • التعامل مع شكاوى الضيوف والحفاظ على السرية.
  • البقاء على اطلاع حول خدمات الفندق وإجراءات السلامة.

المؤهلات:
  • دبلوم في إدارة السياحة أو الضيافة.
  • خبرة لا تقل عن سنة واحدة ذات صلة.
  • إجادة ممتازة في اللغة الإنجليزية وشهادة لغة صالحة في واحدة من اللغات المحددة (التركية، الفرنسية، اليابانية، الصينية، الإسبانية، الإندونيسية، الماليزية، أو الأردية).

معلومات إضافية:
  • مهارات قوية في التواصل وخدمة العملاء.
  • ذاتي التحفيز ونشيط.
  • مظهر احترافي ومعايير عالية من المظهر الشخصي.
