About the Role:We are seeking a dynamic and proactive individual to join our team as a Recruiter. This position offers the opportunity to shape the future of our workforce by identifying and bringing in talented individuals who are aligned with our mission and values.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify and attract top talent through various sourcing strategies, including job boards, social media, and networking.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure the best fit for the organisation.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Provide accurate and regular reporting on recruitment activity and progress to stakeholders.
Qualifications and Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Recruiter or in a similar role, preferably in the education or technology sector.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities with a keen attention to detail.
