About the Maintenance Supervisor Role

Nahdi Medical Co. is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the operational effectiveness of all store devices, including air conditioning, electrical systems, doors, and glass, within the Al Madinah region, specifically in Medina. This is a full-time position requiring 2-5 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities

The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive Preventive Maintenance Plan Matrix for all stores in the assigned region. This involves distributing maintenance tasks and establishing timelines to ensure all devices are properly maintained.

• Distribute daily corrective maintenance tasks to Foremen based on system requests to ensure timely repairs and efficient resource allocation.
• Monitor corrective maintenance progress by reviewing system data and approved job orders to ensure adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Conduct weekly review meetings with Foremen to track the implementation of the Preventive Maintenance Plan Matrix.
• Manage the maintenance spare parts petty cash and reconcile amounts with the Finance Division to ensure parts availability.
• Oversee relationships with maintenance vendors and contractors to ensure contractual obligations are met.
• Prepare and issue periodic reports detailing objectives, achievements, scorecards, petty cash status, and budget versus actual spending.

Budgetary Contribution

The role involves contributing to the maintenance budget by communicating branch requirements for labor, vehicles, and spare parts to the Store Maintenance Senior Manager, thereby ensuring the necessary resources are available for maintenance operations.

Qualifications and Requirements

Candidates for this position should possess the following qualifications:

• High School education.
• 2-3 years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
• Fluency in Arabic.

Work Environment and Schedule

This role operates within a mixed environment, with approximately 20% indoors and 80% outdoors. The standard work schedule consists of 5 working days per week, with 2 days off. Working hours are from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, including a 1-hour break.
