Job Overview:
In Saudi Arabia, where we have been operational for over 20 years, SYSTRA aims to contribute to the Kingdom’s 2030 vision. We are currently looking for an Administrative Assistant (Saudi Nationals) in Abha to support our Mobility and Railway business.

Main Duties:
  • Maintain data distribution systems and schedules for assigned projects.
  • Revise systems as needed for timely approvals and distribution of project documents.
  • Prepare and manage engineering documents, ensuring proper cataloging and storage.
  • Attend project meetings to provide updates and stay informed on project statuses.
  • Assist in preparing project manuals and transmittals for engineering documents.
  • Monitor space requirements for project personnel and coordinate necessary arrangements.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Relevant education certification.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Experience in infrastructure projects is an advantage.
