About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated Administrative Assistant to support our PMC services for the Transportation/Infrastructure Department in Abha. This role is specifically for Saudi Nationals and plays a vital part in ensuring smooth project operations.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Maintain a data distribution system and project schedule based on client requirements.
  • Expedite review and approval processes for project documents.
  • Organize and maintain files and indexes for active engineering documents.
  • Assist in preparing project manuals and other documentation.
  • Prepare transmittals for engineering documents and monitor project personnel space requirements.
  • Attend project meetings to provide updates on document status and project progress.
  • Perform other related responsibilities as needed.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Relevant educational qualifications.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Experience in infrastructure projects is considered a plus.
