About the Role

• 2 to 5 years of experience with a proven track record in medical devices, clinical support, healthcare services, or a related industry, preferably within surgical sales disciplines (*, GYN or GS specialties).
• Ability to deliver and/or manage assigned projects and collaborate effectively with other stakeholders to achieve desired results.
• Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned territory.

Required Skills

• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with healthcare professionals.
• Ability to learn and apply technical and clinical knowledge in a fast-paced clinical environment.

The role is responsible for ensuring the effective operation of the retail technology infrastructure, providing essential support to stores, and contributing to system implementations.

This position is key to maintaining the operational efficiency of Point of Sale (POS) systems, CCTV, network connectivity, and other IT hardware and software critical to the retail business. The ideal candidate will possess a foundational understanding of IT support principles and a strong willingness to learn and develop within a dynamic retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain Point of Sale (POS) systems and associated peripherals.
