
Social Supervisor
Job Description
Tasks and Responsibilities: Main Tasks and Responsibilities:
Prepare bus schedules and distribute them to drivers, follow up and communicate with them.
Verify the presence of attendants on the bus and supervise the work of bus drivers and attendants, directing them as needed.
Monitor the cleanliness and operational efficiency of buses.
Receive and deliver beneficiaries to and from buses and fill out the list of beneficiaries leaving the bus for the department.
Responsible for distributing workers and caregivers in departments.
Follow up on maintenance and purchase requests for all equipment and the center.
Record the needs of clinics (nursing clinic - physical therapy clinic - occupational therapy clinic - psychological clinic - speech and language clinic - classrooms).
Monitor the entry of beneficiaries to the center and distribute them to classrooms during the shift.
Periodically supervise the presence of specialists with beneficiaries.
Periodically supervise departments and secure them for beneficiaries.
Ensure safety procedures and identify emergency cases (including the security and safety form of the technical department).
Periodically supervise the cleanliness and quality of center facilities and document it (full responsibility for the cleanliness of the center and its facilities including classrooms, clinics, dining rooms, and distributing cleaning tools to the cleaning staff daily).
Follow up on warehouse organization and distribute assets to specialists.
Follow up on purchase requests and provide them.
Monitor the media department (prepare schedules for photographing beneficiaries and their sessions, collect videos and send them to families weekly).
Participate in group activities and external trips.
Follow up on printing requests and photocopying papers.
Participate in team work and cooperate with them.
Collect classroom preparation papers at the end of each week and submit them to the social worker.
Comply with laws, regulations, and instructions governing work.
Inventory branch assets and furniture.
Monitor guardians' satisfaction with transportation service.
Prepare attendance and absence records for children.
Follow up on children's leave requests and follow necessary procedures.
Prepare and document children's leave records.
Monitor workers' service to children.
Monitor children's departure to buses and private transportation.
Record guardians' phone numbers in the center's mobile phone - update.
Prepare weekly statistics of support services for each child.
Prepare the supervisory visit schedule for the program supervisor.
Receive the child's file and ensure completion of required documents and follow up on this and update when necessary.
Organize the archive of beneficiary files.
Monitor safety, cleanliness, and general appearance throughout the floor.
Assigned media tasks.
Cooperate when absolutely necessary within classrooms with specialists.
Follow up on workers in (classroom cleanliness + taking beneficiaries to bathrooms).
Monitor classroom cleanliness and follow up on their organization.
Assist during meal time when needed.
Assist the social worker in completing beneficiary files.
Participate in internal and external group activities at the center.
Ensure the safety of beneficiaries within the center.
Keep cleaning tools in their designated place away from beneficiaries.
Other Responsibilities:
Any tasks assigned by the direct manager.
Competencies and Skills:
Educational Qualifications:
Educational Qualification: Secondary school certificate.
Preferred Qualification: Community college diploma (secretarial, business administration, or administrative information systems).
Personal Skills:
Ability to manage teams and direct effectively.
Problem-solving skills and quick decision-making.
Strong organizational skills and time management.
Ability to work under pressure and handle field challenges.
Practical Experience:
Preferably one year in the field of work.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in using computers and Microsoft Office programs and technical applications.
Communication Skills:
Excellent skills in leadership, direction, and effective communication.

- Requires 2-5 Years experience
