About the Role

The الجمعية الخيرية لتحفيظ القرآن الكريم بالجبيل is seeking a dedicated Governance Specialist to join its team in Al Jubail. This full-time role is crucial for ensuring the organization's adherence to best practices in governance, compliance, and operational efficiency. The successful candidate will play a key role in developing and implementing governance frameworks to support the association's mission.

Key Responsibilities

The Governance Specialist will be responsible for a range of duties focused on establishing and maintaining robust governance structures. These responsibilities include:

  • Developing an annual plan for the governance unit.
  • Formulating and enhancing governance-related policies and procedures, and monitoring their effective implementation.
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and laws, and preparing periodic reports on compliance status.
  • Evaluating the performance of various committees and providing recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Tracking governance-related projects to provide essential support to the association.
  • Identifying potential risks and conducting gap analyses between operational processes.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

We are looking for a candidate who meets the following essential criteria:

  • Demonstrates good conduct and behavior.
  • Holds at least a Bachelor's degree in Law, Regulations, Rights, or an equivalent field.
  • Possesses a minimum of six months of experience in the field of governance.
