About the Role

Marafiq is seeking an Advisor, Strategy to join its team in Al Jubail, Eastern Region. This full-time position focuses on the development and execution of the company's strategic initiatives.

Role Overview

The Advisor, Strategy will be responsible for driving the company's strategic planning process and ensuring its effective implementation. This role involves analyzing business performance, identifying opportunities for improvement, and leading cross-functional alignment to achieve long-term objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead company-wide transformation efforts to achieve strategic goals.
• Monitor strategy execution, identifying and addressing challenges, obstacles, and opportunities.
• Assess the company's business model and propose adjustments to support strategic transformation.
• Facilitate strategy workshops to develop the strategic plan and ensure organizational alignment.
• Review company capabilities, market opportunities, and competitor landscapes to define strategic positioning and its enablers.
• Engage with executive and middle management to cascade strategy implementation and define strategic objectives, targets, and KPIs.
• Analyze company performance, operational challenges, and evolving business environments to update the strategy roadmap.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, science, business disciplines, or an equivalent qualification.
• A minimum of 15 years of professional experience with leading companies.
• At least 5 years of experience in a senior strategy role.
• A proven track record in strategy development and implementation.
