We are looking for a skilled Cost Engineer to manage and control cost forecasting activities for our projects, particularly in insulation, scaffolding, refractory, painting, and fireproofing. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic company that has been serving the oil and gas sector in Saudi Arabia since 1980.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Prepare Cost to Complete estimates for awarded projects and manage cost forecasting activities.
  • Prepare estimation reports and support resource allocation.
  • Anticipate potential risks and develop solutions.
  • Enhance project profitability and create or adjust budgets.
  • Contribute to project schedules and manage time allocation.
  • Reassess estimations as requirements change and evaluate completed projects for improvements.
  • Undertake additional related responsibilities as assigned.

Professional Qualifications & Experience Required:
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering with 2-4 years of relevant experience.
  • Certification in Planning/Cost Management/Estimating/Scheduling is preferred.
  • SCE Registration is necessary.

Computing/Special Skills:
  • Proficiency in MS-Office applications.
  • Working knowledge of ERP software and project management tools is preferred.

Required Language Skills:
  • Professional level of English and conversational Arabic is desirable.
