• Diploma in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.

• Supervise daily maintenance operations and develop maintenance policies.
• Conduct inspections and manage preventative and corrective maintenance plans.
• Schedule maintenance, analyze issues, and oversee project implementation.
• Ensure compliance with maintenance regulations and CBAHI requirements.
• Participate in budget preparation and monitor expenditures.
• Coordinate with stakeholders for construction and renovation projects.
• Implement safety programs and ensure staff compliance with health and safety policies.

• BSc Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in the MEP engineering field.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and basic AutoCAD.
• Fluency in English and Arabic.

• Indoors: 20% / Outdoors: 80%
• 6 Working Days per week / 1 Day Off
• Working Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM with 1-hour break

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Receptionist Sales at Nature Touch Spa in Jubail. The Receptionist will be responsible for phone etiquette, receptionist duties, clerical skills, communication, and customer service tasks on a day-to-day basis at the spa.

Qualifications

• Phone Etiquette and Communication skills
• Working hours from 2:30pm - 11:30pm (1 hour break in between)
• Good Attitude and Willing to train
• Experience in Receptionist Duties and Clerical Skills
• Strong Customer Service skills
• Attention to detail and organization skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in a spa or hospitality industry is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent
