This role plays a crucial part in managing the preparation, verification, and distribution of customer invoices, ensuring accuracy in billing and adherence to company policies and financial regulations.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Follow IFRS 15 for revenue recognition, ensuring all invoicing aligns with corporate regulations.
  • Coordinate with branch managers and ensure timely invoicing.
  • Maintain and digitalize all required documents and support invoices with proper documentation.
  • Prepare sales reports, monitor various financial records, and assist in end-of-month processes.
  • Handle claims, audit requirements, and any additional responsibilities as necessary.
Your Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of SAP is an advantage.
