We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Lead Accountant to enhance our accounting function in Jubail, Saudi Arabia. In this pivotal role, you will ensure compliance with existing policies and procedures while training team members and managing daily accounting operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the daily management of accounting operations and ensure compliance with IFRS standards.
Maintain and improve period-end closing routines including inventory valuation and reconciliation of various accounts.
Participate in internal and external audits, facilitating information supply for compliance matters.
Suggest enhancements to internal processes and systems to improve efficiency.
Create and maintain accounting position papers for audit purposes.

Required Skills:

Strong knowledge of IFRS and accounting standards (GAAP).
Proficiency in financial analysis and presentation skills.
Excellent communication skills and experience with MS Excel and SAP.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or finance-related roles.
Saudi nationality is required.
