Key Responsibilities:- Oversee financial operations and manage cash flow.
- Collaborate closely with project and operations teams.
- Secure banking facilities and manage financial reporting.
Key Requirements:- Proven experience in contracting/construction, with knowledge of IFRS for SMEs and POC methodology.
- Strong skills in budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
- Demonstrated ability to secure banking facilities.
- Leadership skills with a focus on team development.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (preferably Odoo) and Excel.
- Fluency in English is required.
