We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Recruitment Officer to help us attract top talent in alignment with our organizational goals. At JAL International, a leading company in the Oil and Gas sector, your role will play a vital part in building strong talent pipelines and ensuring a smooth recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Source and identify potential candidates through platforms such as LinkedIn, job boards, and professional networks.
  • Maintain a robust candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  • Screen resumes and shortlist candidates as per job requirements.
  • Conduct initial outreach and pre-screening interviews.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements.
  • Manage candidate data in the applicant tracking system.
  • Track and improve sourcing metrics and strategies.
  • Support recruitment campaigns and maintain employer branding.

Minimum Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of recruitment sourcing or talent acquisition experience.
  • Strong familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter and job portals.
  • Preferred experience in sourcing for technical, engineering, or corporate roles.
  • Excellent communication and networking skills.

Preferred Skills:
  • Strong Boolean search techniques.
  • Knowledge of ATS systems.
  • Ability to manage multiple job requisitions.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.

Preferred Experience:
  • Experience in Oil & Gas or Engineering sectors.
  • Experience with both international and local candidate markets.
