About the OD Specialist Role

Advanced Petrochemical Company is seeking an OD Specialist to join its Human Resources function in Al Jubail. This full-time position requires 5-10 years of relevant experience and focuses on managing organizational development initiatives, analyzing workforce data, and administering employee benefits programs to enhance organizational performance and employee experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain HR dashboards to track key metrics such as headcount, attrition, benefits utilization, and budget performance.
  • Generate analytical reports and insights to support strategic HR initiatives and executive decision-making.
  • Support organizational structure updates, workforce planning, and ensure accurate data management within SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Manage position creation, employee transfers, and reporting lines within SAP SuccessFactors to ensure data integrity and governance.
  • Prepare and consolidate employee promotion, merit increase, and salary adjustment data.
  • Support benefits administration and prepare NRC packages in line with company policies and budget constraints.
  • Assist in workforce budget preparation, monitor utilization, and provide variance analysis.
  • Prepare and validate bonus and incentive programs aligned with performance criteria.
  • Ensure timely submission of HR reports, audits, and compliance requirements (HCIS, RC, surveys, etc.).
  • Perform data cleansing, ensure accuracy of employee records within SAP SuccessFactors, and support continuous HR process improvements.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in Organizational Development, HR Analytics, or Benefits Administration is required.
