Job Description

About the Role

TAWAL is seeking a Lead Specialist, Manpower, OD & Job Architecture to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time position involves contributing to the strategic development and implementation of HR initiatives focused on organizational structure, workforce planning, and job architecture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in articulating and updating the HR strategy based on stakeholder input.
  • Support the review and definition of design principles for TAWAL’s organizational structure development.
  • Contribute to the development of organizational structures to align with business changes and needs.
  • Lead the articulation of functional mandates for organizational structure functions.
  • Collaborate with HR leaders to gather information for designing or updating organizational structures.
  • Design, maintain, and implement TAWAL’s job architecture and grading structure to reflect organizational changes.
  • Manage workforce planning activities by analyzing business supply and demand drivers, translating insights into manpower needs to achieve short and long-term business objectives.
  • Perform other responsibilities as directed by the Line Manager to meet departmental objectives.

Job Requirements

To be successful in this role, candidates should meet the following minimum qualifications:

  • Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in business administration or an equivalent qualification.
  • Minimum Experience: 2-5 years of relevant experience.
