Join Our Team as a Sales Coordinator!
INDEX Residential is seeking a dedicated and motivated Sales Coordinator to support our Sales Department in Al Jubail Industrial City. This position is ideal for individuals who excel in organization and customer relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist Sales Executives with daily sales tasks, including follow-ups on ongoing and potential business opportunities.
  • Prepare and send quotations to residents.
  • Monitor quotation status and customer performance, including tenders, and follow up as needed.
  • Handle disputes and exception cases efficiently.
  • Provide accurate handover information to the relevant department team.
  • Validate and enter new resident data into the system.
  • Assist in the preparation of sales reports and relevant documentation.

Qualifications:
  • Degree in Sales, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • A minimum of two years of experience in sales coordination or a related administrative role.
  • Good command of written and spoken English.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).

This position is open to both Saudi and non-Saudi nationals.
