As a Field Sales Representative in our Industrial Adhesive Division, you will promote our products throughout Saudi Arabia and collaborate closely with a talented and diverse group of colleagues.

The Impact You’ll Make:
In this role, you will:
  • Promote 3M's Industrial Adhesive and tapes products to end-users and channel partners.
  • Implement new product introductions and execute defined sales strategies to acquire new customers.
  • Work closely with the EMEA functional team to support our channel partners.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, ensuring to meet targets, and maintain the CRM system for sales records.

Your Skills and Expertise:
The following qualifications are required:
  • Saudi nationality.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, preferably in structural engineering.
  • Experience in sales and technical solutions.
  • Willingness to travel domestically to meet customers.
  • Strong communication skills and a proven sales attitude.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English.

Additional skills that may enhance your success: knowledge of bonding and adhesive technology, proactive working style to achieve targets.

Job Specifics:
Location: Preferred locations include Riyadh, Dammam, Jubail, and Qatif. This is a full-time, remote position involving significant travel to customer locations, with expectations of at least four days a week on the road.

Compensation:
The total compensation package consists of 70% base pay and 30% variable pay based on sales results, along with excellent allowances and benefits.
