Job Title: Maintenance Supervisor

Job Description:
We at Shalfa Facility Management are looking for an outstanding Maintenance Supervisor. Your responsibilities will include preparing a work plan and program, following up on the procedures for determining the type and nature of maintenance, and distributing tasks to the work team.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Follow up on the procedures for determining the type and nature of maintenance and estimating the quantity and cost of the necessary materials.
  • Distribute tasks and duties to the maintenance team members based on their abilities and capabilities.
  • Follow up and evaluate the performance of the maintenance team and assess their achievements.
  • Assess the training needs of the maintenance teams and develop their skills.
  • Prepare preventive maintenance programs and follow up on the implementation procedures.
  • Classify, arrange, document, and archive results and work reports.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering Technology or Civil Engineering.
Preferred Certifications: Certificate in Business Accounting (CIMA), Project Management (PMI), Project Management Professional (PMP).

Languages:
Arabic: Advanced, English: Beginner.

Skills:
Machine maintenance, maintenance planning system, supervision, technical guidance, report and forecast preparation, performance monitoring.
