Landscape Supervisor and site manager -activities and day-to-day grounds
maintenance.
• Monitor regular workers in the maintenance and planting of the landscaped areas for projects assigned
* contracts and quotations preparing
* Clients visits
* Purchases and sales monitoring
• Inspects and reports work performed on projects.
• Plants and transplant trees, shrubs, and other plants.
• Assist in irrigation system diagnosis and maintenance.
• Assists in mowing contract work inspection as well as mows, trims, and edges designated high level maintenance areas.
• oversee Sprays and fertilizes trees, shrubs, and other plants.
• Diagnoses tree, shrub, and other plant problems and assists in their appropriate control measures.
• Organizes and over site and work schedules
• Keeps daily logs and record as assigned.
. Drive the car to sites and sales collection
• Performs other related duties as assigned.


Note that there are some days are assigned to work from office or home

Requirements:
• Need 2 years minimum experience in related job
. Landscape dgree or diploma or equivalent experience
. Knowledge of using computer and softwares sauch as microsoft office applications.
. Knowledge of reading and reviewing engineering drawings.
. Driving licences.

• Operating and maintaining laboratory equipment

• Diploma/Degree in Medical Laboratory Technology or a relevant qualification
• Proficiency in laboratory equipment operation
• Expertise in laboratory skills, including sample handling and testing procedures
• Strong analytical skills for interpreting diagnostic results
• Experience with quality control and compliance
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Relevant certification/diploma is preferred
• Prior experience in a medical laboratory is advantageous
• Preferably Saudi

• Perform radiographic tests and analyze results.
• Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve inspection-related issues.
• Maintain laboratory practices and use Radiographic Testing equipment effectively.
• Document results and reports for organizational and client requirements.

• Strong quality control and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in laboratory skills relevant to Radiographic Testing.
• Effective troubleshooting techniques in inspection contexts.
• Excellent communication skills for teamwork and reporting.
• Certifications in relevant non-destructive testing methods, such as RT Level II.
• Knowledge of safety standards and regulations with a commitment to safe practices.
• Previous experience in oil and gas or a related field is preferred.
• High school diploma or technical degree in a relevant field.
