About the Role

KBR Saudi Arabia is seeking an Associate Technical Professional - Civil to join its team in Al Khobar, Eastern Region. This full-time position involves comprehensive engagement in the study, design, specification, and provision of services for a diverse range of civil engineering projects. The role requires a professional who can apply standard engineering principles while contributing to both routine and more complex assignments.

Role Scope

The successful candidate will be responsible for contributing to critical civil engineering works across various specializations. This includes involvement in projects from initial study phases through to design, specification, and service delivery, ensuring adherence to established engineering standards and practices. The position offers an opportunity to develop expertise across multiple civil engineering disciplines.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct studies, design, specification, and provide services for transportation systems, including roads, rail, airports, and seaports.
• Engage in the study, design, specification, and services related to bridges, general infrastructure, drainage systems, and underground utilities.
• Perform studies, design, specification, and services concerning hydrology/hydraulics, water treatment and distribution, wastewater collection and treatment, water resources, and raw water supply.
• Contribute to the study, design, specification, and services for tunnels and geotechnical engineering projects.
• Independently evaluate, select, and apply standard engineering techniques, procedures, and criteria under direct supervision, exercising judgment for minor adaptations and modifications.
• Assist in the design of larger and more complex assignments, including conventional plans, investigations, and surveys with established precedents and relatively few complex features, with potential for growth into specific functional areas.

Qualifications and Requirements

• An undergraduate degree in Engineering is required.
