Fahdan Business Solutions is preparing to open a new branch in Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia. This new establishment is part of a prestigious restaurant group specializing in international cuisine, with existing branches in the Kingdom of Bahrain. We are seeking to recruit a dedicated Saudi workforce to join our team for the Barista position.

Role Overview

The Barista will be an integral part of our restaurant team in Al Khobar, focusing on delivering high-quality beverage service. This full-time role is designed for recent graduates who are eager to start their career in the hospitality industry and contribute to a new and growing establishment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages and other drinks.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar area.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Provide excellent customer service to enhance the dining experience.
• Manage inventory of coffee beans, milk, and other supplies.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Experience required: 0-1 year in a related field.
• Saudi national, as this recruitment drive targets distinguished Saudi graduates.

Work Environment and Compensation

This is a full-time position based in Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia. The role offers an opportunity to be part of a new branch opening for a reputable international cuisine restaurant. The salary for this position ranges from SAR 3,750 to SAR 5,625.
