The Role of Business Development Specialist

Argo Marketing Agency is seeking a Business Development Specialist to drive new business, convert leads into sales, and manage client relationships. This is a full-time position based in Al Khobar, Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia, suitable for candidates with 0-1 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Convert company-provided leads into sales opportunities.
• Identify and approach new potential clients.
• Facilitate the smooth onboarding of new clients.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients.
• Coordinate effectively with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction.
• Manage client relationships and conduct regular follow-ups.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Fluency in both Arabic (first language) and English, spoken and written.
• Understanding of IT and digital marketing services.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Professional, organized, proactive, and results-oriented approach.
• Comfortable interacting with decision-makers and senior stakeholders.
• Demonstrated market research skills to assess industry trends, competitors, and target segments.
• Customer service skills to maintain positive relationships and support client needs.
• Relevant experience in business development, sales, or marketing, preferably within an agency or B2B environment.
• Saudi market experience is preferred.
• A driving license is considered an advantage.
