In this role, you will manage and coordinate with supervisors and contractors to achieve the schedule and deliverables of all construction tasks executed within the agreed scope of work and specifications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and coordinate with supervisors and contractors to meet construction schedules and deliverables.
  • Identify and quantify variations to the scope of work.
  • Perform regular inspections to ensure adherence to quality standards.
  • Inspect and receive client-supplied materials, reporting on their usage.
  • Collaborate closely with the project team and contractors to ensure work quality.
  • Ensure contractor compliance with HSEC policies and procedures.

Qualifications:
Previous technical, practical and leadership experience in construction and construction management is essential. A background in trade combined with supervisory experience is highly desirable.

Role Overview
