Key Responsibilities:- Manage investor services and attract high-value factories and services to the industrial city.
- Oversee operational contracts and monitor the performance of project contractors and service providers.
- Ensure safety compliance and conduct regular inspections of factories and facilities.
- Coordinate with technical teams to guarantee adherence to service levels and implement corrective action plans.
- Prepare administrative and technical reports as well as periodic presentations to support decision-making.
- Participate in workshops and committees relevant to the community and region.
- Execute any other tasks assigned by the direct manager within the scope of responsibility.
- Enhance city revenues and financial efficiency.
Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in investor relations management, contract management, and service delivery.
