Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and coordinate with supervisors and contractors to meet project schedules and deliverables according to specifications.
  • Identify and quantify variations to the scope of work.
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure adherence to quality standards and identify any non-conformances.
  • Inspect and receive materials supplied by clients and report on usage.
  • Collaborate with project teams and contractors to ensure work meets the required standards and quality.
  • Assist in managing interfaces between contractors to minimize project delays.
  • Ensure contractor compliance with Health, Safety, Environment, and Community (HSEC) policies.
  • Utilize strong problem-solving skills to analyze and evaluate various aspects of the project including constructability, safety, and quality.

Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in construction management with technical and leadership capabilities.
  • Demonstrated practical experience in supervisory roles within construction.
