Digital Marketing Specialist

About the Role

H. M. Al Rugaib & Sons Trading is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to join their team in Al Khobar, Eastern Region. This full-time position involves developing, implementing, and managing digital marketing campaigns to promote the company’s products and services. The specialist will focus on enhancing brand awareness, driving website traffic, and acquiring leads and customers within the digital landscape.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
• Manage and optimize the company’s social media accounts to increase engagement and brand visibility.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, prepare detailed reports, and suggest improvements based on data.
• Conduct market research and analyze current trends to identify new digital marketing opportunities.
• Oversee SEO/SEM strategies to enhance organic reach and improve website ranking.
• Collaborate with content creators and designers to produce high-quality and engaging digital content.
• Manage email marketing campaigns, including newsletters and automation flows.
• Ensure all digital marketing activities align with the company’s strategic goals and branding guidelines.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in digital marketing or a similar role.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Ads Manager, and various SEO tools.
• Excellent understanding of SEO, SEM, PPC, and social media advertising principles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret data and optimize campaigns.
• Good communication skills in both Arabic and English.
