About the Role

Conjugate Consulting is seeking an experienced Environmental Manager to join our team in Al Khobar, Eastern Region. This full-time position requires a professional with strong expertise in environmental compliance, particularly within hydrocarbon and chemical complex environments. The role focuses on leading environmental management initiatives for major projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of the Construction Environmental Management Plan (CEMP).
• Oversee waste minimization and effluent control programs.
• Liaise with environmental regulatory authorities to ensure full compliance with all relevant standards.
• Manage operations related to effluent treatment, oily water separators, air emissions, and noise monitoring.
• Develop and implement biodiversity, hazardous waste, and groundwater protection programs.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in environmental management.
• Bachelor of Engineering (** or Bachelor of Technology (**** in Chemical Engineering, OR Master of Science (*** or Master of Technology (**** in Environmental Science/Engineering.
• Proven experience in Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) and Environmental Management Plan (EMP) for major projects.
• Strong knowledge of environmental regulations, including FMEnv, NESREA, and DPR/NUPRC.

Preferred Certifications

• ISO 14001 Lead Auditor certification.
• Accredited EIA Practitioner status.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Al Khobar, within the Eastern Region. The role involves working on significant projects within hydrocarbon and chemical complexes, requiring a proactive approach to environmental management and compliance.
