About the Field Service Manager Role

Auxo Talent is supporting a leading industrial services company in Saudi Arabia that is seeking a Field Service Manager. This full-time position is based in Al Khobar, Eastern Province, and requires over 10 years of experience. The role focuses on leading pipeline and industrial maintenance operations across the Kingdom.

Role Overview and Responsibilities

This is a hands-on operational leadership position centered on field execution. The Field Service Manager will be responsible for the safe and efficient delivery of maintenance and repair activities within live operating environments. Key duties include:

• Managing and coordinating multiple field crews across active client sites.
• Leading day-to-day field operations, including planning, mobilization, scheduling, and execution.
• Ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and in line with client requirements.
• Serving as the primary operational interface with client representatives on-site.
• Overseeing permits, HSE compliance, quality documentation, and reporting.
• Supporting pipeline integrity, composite repair, coating, corrosion protection, and tank maintenance activities.
• Developing and mentoring supervisors, technicians, and field personnel.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this role must possess the following qualifications:

• A degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in oil & gas or industrial field services.
• Strong experience working within the Saudi Aramco environment.
• A proven background in pipeline maintenance, repair, integrity, or field services operations.
• Demonstrated experience managing field crews, supervisors, and site activities.
• Exposure to live pipelines, shutdowns, brownfield maintenance, or operating facilities.

Desirable Experience and Background

While not strictly mandatory, the following experience would be highly advantageous:

• Composite repairs.
• Pipeline integrity services.
• Leak repair systems and clamps.
• Coating and corrosion protection.
• Tank maintenance and repair services.

Ideal candidates will have a background with pipeline contractors, integrity service providers, industrial maintenance contractors, or specialist field service organizations operating within the oil & gas sector.
