Located in Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia, Kempinski Hotels is renowned for luxurious hospitality and exceptional service. We are seeking a dedicated Executive Housekeeper to lead our Housekeeping Department and maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the hotel.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and lead the Housekeeping Department to align with the hotel's business objectives.
  • Supervise cleaning operations ensuring compliance with established policies and procedures.
  • Inspect all areas to uphold Kempinski Standards in cleanliness and maintenance.
  • Develop and implement housekeeping policies and practices.
  • Oversee the training and performance management of housekeeping staff.
  • Manage inventory and ordering of linens and guest supplies.
  • Coordinate housekeeping duties with other departments for seamless operations.
  • Participate in renovation projects planning and execution.
  • Prepare and manage the annual budget for the housekeeping department.
  • Evaluate new equipment and cleaning products, maintaining industry knowledge.
  • Handle administrative responsibilities such as writing reports and attending meetings.
