Worley is seeking an Interface Manager to join our team in Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia, for a full-time position.

The Interface Manager Opportunity

The Interface Manager is responsible for managing complex project interfaces and ensuring effective coordination across various teams and stakeholders. This role requires strong technical knowledge combined with exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills to navigate and resolve interface-related challenges, contributing to successful project delivery outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate multidisciplinary project activities across multiple teams and regions.
  • Manage project interfaces between clients, contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain effective stakeholder relationships to support project alignment, collaboration, and successful delivery outcomes.
  • Facilitate stakeholder meetings, progress reviews, and communication between project teams and senior management.
  • Monitor project schedule, risks, progress, and delivery performance.
  • Support project governance, reporting, and change management activities.
  • Facilitate communication and alignment between global delivery centres and project teams.
  • Ensure compliance with project procedures, quality standards, and HSE requirements.

Candidate Profile and Experience

Candidates should possess 0-1 years of experience in a relevant field. The ideal individual will demonstrate strong technical knowledge and hands-on experience in managing complex interfaces. Essential attributes include exceptional communication, stakeholder engagement, and coordination skills. A high level of professionalism, ownership, and performance is expected, along with the ability to effectively navigate and resolve interface-related challenges.
