Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily maintenance of pharmacies and clinics.
Establish schedules and plan maintenance services adhering to priorities and resource allocation.
Monitor compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
Coordinate with service providers and manage maintenance projects.
Lead and motivate the maintenance team to achieve excellence.
Participate in budget preparation and monitor expenditures.
Conduct regular inspections and ensure safety compliance.
Provide training and development opportunities for staff.

Work Environment:
Indoors: 20%, Outdoors: 80%
Working Days: 6 days/week, 1 day off
Working Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (1-hour break)

Job Requirements:

BSc Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
3 years of experience in MEP Engineering (mechanical, electrical, plumbing).
Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Basic AutoCAD.
Fluency in English and Arabic.

Verify that Electrical & Instrument (E&I) requirements are adequately addressed in engineering documents, including all demolition scope.
