As a key member of our team, you will supervise the maintenance of pharmacies and clinics, ensuring the highest standards of safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise daily maintenance of pharmacies and clinics.
  • Establish schedules and plan maintenance services adhering to priorities and resource allocation.
  • Monitor compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
  • Coordinate with service providers and manage maintenance projects.
  • Lead and motivate the maintenance team to achieve excellence.
  • Participate in budget preparation and monitor expenditures.
  • Conduct regular inspections and ensure safety compliance.
  • Provide training and development opportunities for staff.

Work Environment:
Indoors: 20%, Outdoors: 80%
Working Days: 6 days/week, 1 day off
Working Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (1-hour break)

Job Requirements:
  • BSc Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
  • 3 years of experience in MEP Engineering (mechanical, electrical, plumbing).
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Basic AutoCAD.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic.
