Tasks:
• Answering outgoing calls and transferring them.
• Receiving and categorizing emails.
• Creating accounts for customers.
• Presenting product and service offers in logical and attractive ways that convince current and potential customers of the benefits and advantages of the product.
• Informing the customer about deals and promotional offers.
• Answering customer questions about products, prices, availability, and product uses.
• Delivering the product to the customer within the specified delivery period.


Requirements
