About The Role
As the Operations Site Supervisor based in Al Khobar, you will manage daily operations at our KitchenPark facilities, ensuring smooth workflows and excellent partner experiences. You will lead a small on-site team, coordinate facility maintenance, and serve as the main contact for our restaurant partners, ensuring efficient operations.

Responsibilities:
  • Team Management: Lead and train a dedicated facility team, managing schedules and performance.
  • Building Repair and Maintenance: Conduct inspections and handle minor repairs while coordinating with external vendors.
  • Health and Cleanliness: Manage cleaning protocols and ensure compliance with health regulations.
  • Customer Support and Retention: Build and maintain relationships with restaurant partners, addressing issues promptly.
  • Administrative & Strategic: Collaborate on planning sessions and manage facility performance metrics.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Hospitality, Engineering, or a related field (preferred)
- 1 to 3 years of experience in facility operations or a similar supervisory role
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Good analytical skills and understanding of KPIs and P&L components
- Proactive and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
