This role is designed as a developmental position, with Operator Assistants expected to progress to Service Operator and Service Specialist roles. You will work under close supervision, assisting in all phases of Slickline services, from equipment preparation to wellsite execution and post-job activities. Key Tasks and Responsibilities

• Assist the Service Supervisor during all phases of Slickline service delivery.
• Support pre-job preparation for product and service equipment, including assembly, testing, and rigging up.
• Participate in performing Slickline services at the wellsite.
• Assist with post-job equipment dismantling, cleaning, and repair of product equipment and services.
• Effectively execute written and verbal instructions to ensure mission success.
• Exchange information effectively with colleagues and supervisors.
• Act as a proactive team member.
• Acquire leadership skills and a driver's license as required by local conditions.
• Learn and apply all company-relevant Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) policies and procedures in daily performance.
• Develop a fundamental understanding of energy industry activities and terminology.
• Gain a basic understanding of CPS products and services, including general Slickline operations and procedures, in the warehouse and at the wellsite.
• Develop a basic understanding of Slickline critical components, including the unit, well control equipment, and downhole tools.

Basic Qualifications

• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations involving addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
• Basic reading comprehension skills.
• Basic writing skills.

Additional Skills

• Teamwork.
• Basic computer skills are preferred.
