Refad is seeking a dedicated Project Execution Manager to join our team in Al Khobar, Eastern Region. This is a full-time position focused on overseeing the successful delivery of development projects.

Role Overview

The Project Execution Manager will be responsible for leading and managing the entire execution lifecycle of development projects, from initial mobilization through to final handover. This role ensures that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and in full compliance with established quality, safety, and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all project execution activities, from mobilization to project handover.
• Ensure projects are delivered strictly according to approved schedules and budgets.
• Monitor contractor performance and foster accountability across all project teams.
• Oversee quality assurance, compliance, and Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) requirements throughout the project execution phase.
• Coordinate effectively with consultants, contractors, property management, and various internal stakeholders.
• Manage project risks, claims, disputes, and other execution challenges as they arise.
• Support operational readiness and facilitate smooth project transitions to end users.

Required Experience

Candidates for this position should possess 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in project execution and management within the development sector.

This full-time role is based in Al Khobar, within the Eastern Region of Saudi Arabia.
