Join H. M. Al Rugaib & Sons Trading Co. as a Purchasing Officer! We seek a skilled and analytical professional to manage stock procurement and maintain optimal inventory levels to efficiently meet demand. This crucial role involves collaboration with various internal departments such as merchandising, e-commerce, and marketing. Key Responsibilities:
  • Forecast demand and ensure timely procurement of SKUs.
  • Monitor and evaluate brand performance across showrooms.
  • Classify SKUs based on sales trends and control warehouse inventory levels.
  • Launch promotions and coordinate with E-commerce and Marketing teams for new arrivals.
  • Coordinate with the Merchandising team for product designs and showroom layouts.
  • Prepare performance reports and present insights to top management.
  • Estimate and manage the annual purchasing budget for international brands.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, MIS, or Industrial Engineering.
  • Advanced proficiency in English (spoken and written).
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Analytical thinker with strong reporting and budgeting skills.
  • Excellent communication and coordination abilities.

  • Proven leadership skills in large organizations.
  • Ability to make sound judgments under pressure and resolve problems effectively.
  • Able to achieve business results in a multi-cultural environment.
