Join the International Schools Group (ISG) as an Elementary / Middle School Principal!
Located in Al Khobar, Eastern Province, ISG is a not-for-profit, future-focused school district offering high-quality education. We are looking for a motivated and experienced individual who will lead our academic and instructional efforts starting August 1, 2026.

About the Role:
You will serve as the instructional leader, promoting a culture of collaboration and high-quality learning. This includes:
  • Leading the successful implementation of the American curriculum across all grades.
  • Inspiring faculty, staff, and students to achieve ambitious educational goals.
  • Fostering an inclusive environment that supports students' academic and emotional development.
  • Monitoring and improving teaching practices through regular observations and feedback.

Key Responsibilities:
Your role will encompass:
  • Directing campus management and ensuring alignment with ISG mission and goals.
  • Supporting faculty and staff development through workshops and ongoing training.
  • Guiding initiatives that enhance student wellbeing.
  • Working collaboratively with parents and the community to create a nurturing environment.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate should possess:
  • A Master’s degree in Education, Educational Leadership, or related field.
  • Evidence of successful senior leadership experience in an American or internationally recognized school.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to foster relationships among diverse stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of current educational trends and inclusive instructional practices.
