Job Duties:
Under general supervision, you will support the effective operation and improvement of HR processes. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to create tools and resources and executing basic HR programs and projects.
  • Developing expertise in disciplines such as Compensation, Benefits, Employee Relations, Learning and Development, Talent Acquisition, and HR Operations.
  • Assisting in HR data reporting and analysis to improve HR service delivery.
  • Advising HR and business leaders on best practices across the organization.

Qualifications:
A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field is required. A Master's degree and Professional HR Certification are preferred.
