Join the Mövenpick Al Khobar team as a Security Supervisor where you will play a crucial role in maintaining safety and security within our resort. As a Security Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing security operations, ensuring the safety of guests and staff, and implementing preventative measures against threats. Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain close communication with the Assistant Security Manager and Director of Security on all security matters.
  • Coordinate with the Engineering department for fire and security responsibilities.
  • Liaise with local law enforcement and fire officials for effective safety management.
  • Provide training for security staff on resort regulations, fire safety, and emergency procedures.
  • Supervise the daily preparation and distribution of security reports to management.
  • Ensure confidentiality of all security-related information and maintain accurate records.
  • Conduct regular preventive maintenance checks on all safety equipment.
  • Control access for contractors, visitors, and suppliers to backend areas of the resort.
Qualifications:
  • 25 years of experience in the security field.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Ability to train, schedule, and supervise security staff.
  • Knowledge of security operations and safety practices.
