As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and security of our guests and staff. Your responsibilities will include the following:
  • Keep the Assistant Security Manager/Director of Security informed about all security-related matters.
  • Coordinate with the Director of Engineering on distribution of Fire and Security responsibilities.
  • Liaise with management personnel and employees regarding security problems and loss control.
  • Work with local law enforcement and Fire & Safety officials.
  • Conduct regular training classes for security personnel on resort regulations and safety procedures.
  • Supervise and ensure all staff are familiar with the resort’s emergency procedures.
  • Regularly evaluate possible security threats and maintain records of all security matters confidentially.
Qualifications:
You should have 2 to 5 years of experience in the security field, along with strong leadership and team management skills. Your ability to train and supervise security staff is crucial for success in this role.
