As a Sales Representative, you will play a critical role in enhancing customer satisfaction and growing our business. You will interact with existing customers to maximize sales of the Company's products and services, increase order volume, and provide a valuable customer experience. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Obtaining orders via email and phone, confirming details, and facilitating fulfillment.
  • Suggesting related products to enhance orders and reviewing customer buying history.
  • Collaborating with marketing and outside sales to align on business goals.
  • Identifying process improvement opportunities.
  • Generating and following up on quotations to secure orders.
  • Monitoring open customer order reports to ensure timely delivery.
  • Reporting industry trends and customer feedback to management.

Qualifications:
  • High School Degree or Equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 2-4 years of sales experience required.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and basic computer skills.
  • Ability to multitask and communicate effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to travel 0% - 25%.
