Join our team at Kempinski Hotels as a Telephone Operator! We are looking for a dedicated individual to handle all incoming calls with professionalism and courtesy in accordance with Kempinski and LQA standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Answer all incoming calls from guests and connect them to the appropriate extensions efficiently.
  • Take accurate messages for guests and deliver them promptly.
  • Manage guests' requests for DND (Do Not Disturb) statuses and personal wakeup calls.
  • Assist guests by providing information or handling requests and complaints, referring issues to relevant personnel when necessary.
  • Serve as the communication center during emergencies.
  • Maintain a record of domestic and international calls.
  • Ensure the smooth functioning of TV channels and public area music.
  • Keep informed about hotel products, emergency procedures, and staff directory updates.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.

  • Highly organized and proactive with strong communication skills.
  • Proven leadership skills in large organizations.
  • Ability to make sound judgments under pressure and resolve problems effectively.
  • Able to achieve business results in a multi-cultural environment.
