Job Description:
We are looking for a competent and professional car rental employee to join our team, who will be responsible for customer service, managing rental operations, and ensuring an exceptional experience for customers.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Welcoming customers and providing suitable rental options
Clearly explaining the terms and conditions of rentals
Preparing contracts and completing delivery and receipt procedures
Monitoring vehicle status and ensuring readiness
Data entry and managing bookings through the system
Handling customer inquiries and complaints professionally
Requirements:
Previous experience in car rental or customer service (preferred)
High communication skills
Proficiency in computer usage
