• Be knowledgeable about all food and beverage items offered and upsell to guests.
• Monitor operating supplies and ensure cleanliness and organization in the work area.
• Handle guest inquiries and complaints efficiently, reporting them to supervisors when necessary.
• Adhere to hotel policies on health, safety, and hygiene.
• Participate in trainings and contribute positively to team meetings.
