Join Al Jeri Transportation as a Regional Manager!

We are looking for an experienced Regional Manager to oversee all operations within a designated region. This role is crucial in ensuring that our transportation services adhere to industry standards while delivering exceptional service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage all operational activities to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Lead and develop regional teams, including drivers and operational staff.
  • Achieve financial targets related to revenue, cost control, and service quality.
  • Oversee transportation efficiency, safety, and reliability.
  • Coordinate with various departments, including Maintenance, HR, Finance, and Customer Service.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and HSE standards.
  • Prepare and submit operational and performance reports to senior management.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
  • Lead regional planning and expansion initiatives.

Authority & Accountability:
  • Full operational authority within the assigned region.
  • Direct accountability for regional performance and profitability.
  • Authority to make operational decisions.

Qualifications & Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Transportation & Logistics, Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in transportation and logistics.
  • At least 3 years in a managerial or leadership role.
  • Proven experience in transportation operations or Oil & Gas logistics.
  • Strong leadership capabilities with a focus on multi-functional team management.
  • Knowledge of local regulations and transportation systems.
