Join Our Team as a Sales Accountant!

At Black Sip Coffee Roasters, we are seeking a detail-oriented Sales Accountant to manage and reconcile all sales transactions across our various channels, including POS systems, delivery apps, e-commerce, and franchise sales. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate financial recording, handle cash operations, and maintain compliance with accounting standards. Experience in the food and beverage industry is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Sales Recording & Reconciliation: Accurately record all sales transactions in our accounting system, reconcile sales data with bank statements, and verify discrepancies.
• Cash & POS Management: Prepare cash floats, collect and verify end-of-shift cash reports, safeguard cash, and handle cash disbursements.
• Delivery Apps & Online Sales: Monitor and reconcile sales from delivery platforms, track e-commerce payments, and report inconsistencies.
• Bank & Financial Compliance: Perform bank reconciliations, follow up on outstanding payments, and resolve issues.
• Franchise & Wholesale Accounting: Generate invoices for franchise sales and track wholesale revenue.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field.
• 25 years in accounting, preferably in restaurants or cafés.
• 12 years in cost accounting (preferred).
• Proficient in accounting software (*, QuickBooks, Zoho) and CRM systems.
• Strong Excel skills.
• High attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
• Knowledge of Saudi tax regulations (VAT, Zakat).
